Open Positions:

Retail Associate

An Retail Associate is a friendly and knowledgeable crew member who listens to customers’ expectations and assists with the selection and procurement of products. The right candidate can empathize with others and is passionate about the cannabis industry. We seek sales-oriented relationship-builders who are also lifelong learners.

Inventory Associate

The Inventory Associate is responsible for accurately and effectively labeling, weighing, filling, and packaging products. The ideal candidate is obsessive about details, documentation and inventory tracking. Strong knowledge of cannabis is helpful.

Inventory Supervisor

In addition to all the responsibilities of an Inventory Associate, Supervisors are responsible for receiving, building, deploying, tracking, and occasionally transporting products.

Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is the first mate to the Retail Store Management role, supporting them in their day to day duties. The Assistant Store Manager is one of the most flexible roles at Substance, every day will meet you with new challenges.

Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the go-to-market strategies, activities, and content for new and existing cannabis products. The candidate will craft messaging and positioning for products, and design, test and measure innovative programs that drive demand and increase sales velocity.

Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator is responsible for showcasing craft cannabis brands and products, communicating stories, features and functions to our staff, clients, and community. This ideal candidate can produce creative content and also conscientiously handle data and analysis.
